Backstory
I’m someone who really loves food — dessert, fast food, all of it. So when I eat clean, I want food I’m truly excited about. Things which are satisfying and make me feel full — otherwise, I feel bad! Dal & Kitchari are staple dishes in my family. Fact: Kitchari has been in Indian cuisine for - no joke - thousands of years.
These meals helped me create balance in my diet, so I thought I would share with others. I teamed up with my Mom - the best chef I know - to create kits that allow you to cook easily at home.

How it Works
Kits come with pre-measured spices and ingredients. You add the spices to hot oil, then the remaining ingredients with water to simmer until everything is properly cooked. Dishes work as mains or sides, and can be adapted, for example pictured - Kitchari made with Peas.

Sauté your spices.

Add ingredients.

Simmer until cooked.
